Set in 1954 Baltimore, this outrageous rock ‘n’ roll rebellion takes center stage as bad-boy Wade "Cry-Baby" Walker and prim-and-proper Allison Vernon-Williams fall for each other despite their wildly different worlds. Their love story ignites a battle between the rebellious “Drapes” and the straight-laced “Squares,” flipping the classic teen romance trope on its head.

With an electrifying score by Adam Schlesinger (Fountains of Wayne) and David Javerbaum (The Daily Show), this high-energy musical delivers infectious songs, witty lyrics, and high-octane choreography that bring the spirit of a rockabilly concert to the stage.
